We are seeking an experienced Lead Field Service Technician - Security Systems to join our Building Automation team, based out of North Ryde, NSW.

Reporting into the Operations Manager / Senior Field Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work to customer sites. It is also responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and Maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)

• Configure, fault-finding, repairs and programming of building services (CCTV, Type 1A, Access Control, IT, Third party systems)

• Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractors

• Meet customer needs and be proactive in building strong customer relationships

• Ensure Health and Safety plans are adhered to in any services work

• Assist in maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime

• Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required

• Minor Project management of projects and small works including high level management of customer

• Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems

• Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation

Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities

• Intermediate to High computer skills

• Supervisor Trade Certificate an advantage

• Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage

• At least four years' experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems

• Must have a full Australian Driver's License

• Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment

• Strong experience in building (Security) systems troubleshooting, fault-finding and problem diagnosis

• Commissioning experience - knowledge in security

• Has NV1 Clearance
