This exciting full-time sales opportunity will join our dynamic Conference, Events & Entertainment Sales Team with a focus on continuing the growth of Wrest Point’s future events sales pipeline.

This position will be joining our team at an exciting time for Wrest Point as one of Tasmania’s leading accommodation, hospitality and entertainment venues. With an amazing $65 million redevelopment completed, this role will enjoy showcasing a new, exciting and vibrant precinct to targeted customers.

Driving activation and converting sales, together with building and enhancing strong client relationships will be your forte.

This role will be based at Wrest Point, and the successful candidate will have:

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously to develop and source sales
Demonstrated ability to recognise and act on potential sales opportunities
Demonstrate value, convert sales and maximise profitability
Strong experience in growing and maintaining sales portfolios and optimising and retaining client / stakeholder networks
Previous experience in Conference & Event’s would be highly desired.
Flexibility and maturity in approach to your work
Demonstrated alignment to our Federal Group values.
