As a Property Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of their property portfolios while driving sustainable growth and maximizing returns.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning: Develop innovative real estate strategies to market our amazing developments to our potential clients

Meetings: Conduct one on one meetings with hot leads booked via our in house call centre.

Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for investment, growth, and diversification.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record in sales. 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
• Minimum 3 years real estate experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.
• Must have a certificate or registration, real estate licence preferred.
• Must have worked with clients buying with & through SMSF.
• Self driven is a must.
• Hold a current drivers licence & own vehicle.
• Personal client data base would be a bonus but not a must.
