About The Role:

  • An amazing and rare opportunity for an experienced, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team.
  • Your main responsibilities will be performing massage, facials and body treatments.
  • Deliver the ultimate spa experience to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maximize up-selling and retailing opportunities for every guest.
  • As a Spa Therapist you will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your clientele.
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel.

About You:

  • Hold a diploma of beauty therapy.
  • Strong commitment to quality.
  • A confident retailer.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and pro-actively under pressure.
  • Organises time and work efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A genuine, happy and optimistic person with a 'can do' attitude.
  • A commitment to being the best they can be through continuous improvement and learning.
  • Passionate about the spa, health and well-being industry.
  • The ability to work various rostered shifts, including weekends.
  • Last, but certainly not least, you should be values driven and is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in the Spa Industry.
