RoleSummary:

The CustomerContract Manager is an engaging and rewarding opportunity withinour Business Customer and Growth Team based at our Perth CBDoffices.

The purposeof this role is to manage the contractual end-to end lifecycle ofcustomer accounts, including the delivery of all qualitative tenderresponses, contract preparation and contractual arrangements fornew and existing contestable customers. There is an increasingfocus on managing our Renewable Energy reporting, governance andcompliance obligations, as well as providing insights on customerbehaviours, market trends and opportunities to increase SynergyGross Margin.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include:

  • Managecontractual risk and compliance frameworks and ensure adherenceto agreed governance parameters.
  • Proactive management ofcustomer contracts, review of terms and conditions andassessment of risks and issues, monitoring contract expiryterms, product variations and contract variations.
  • Proactive engagement,review of contract terms, annual CMD power factor reviews,forecast revenues, expiring terms, revenue focus, manageproduct variation, contract variations, set up ESA andGSA.
  • SupportAccount Managers and Service teams in navigating the complexend-to-end customer lifecycle
  • Provideleadership, support and mentorship to team members, and assistin creating a culture of high performance.

Whatyou’ll bring:

  • Significant experiencein contract negotiation, interpreting complex contracts, andunderstanding of contract law.
  • Demonstratable knowledgein understanding WA’s renewable energy transition, andchanges to the energy market and customer needs
  • Demonstratableexperience in managing key internal and external stakeholdersto meet strategic objectives and outcomes.
  • Minimum5 years’ experience working in the energysector.
  • Experience inelectricity and gas sales, developing and implementing contractmanagement plans.
