Agestrong Health Group seeks to appoint the services of a motivated and committed Occupational Therapist to join our talented Allied Health team in Swan Hill, Victoria.
The successful candidate will have a broad skill set and enjoys working within the residential aged care, home care & NDIS environments. You have a passion for assisting and improving the health of your patients through physiotherapy.
Duties include functional capacity assessments, home & living assessments, home safety assessments, recommendation and assessment for aids and equipment, minor home modifications including ramps & rails, scooter and power device safety assessments and other related therapy based services. Possibility of delivering Telehealth for the above services as a part of the role to member of the local community.
This is can be offered as a full-time or part time position, commencing as soon as possible.
About You
You are a clinician who is always learning and improving your practice andyou are passionate about supporting team members. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, who has a strong commitment to patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with current general registration with AHPRA
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Experience with Telehealth services
