Key Responsibilities: As a Workplace Assistant in Perth, you'll:

  • Provide crucial support to our Workplace Team Leader and Manager.
  • Maintain a dynamic and functional workspace environment.
  • Assist with new employee setups and office inductions.
  • Ensure seamless front-of-house services and AV support.
  • Procure office essentials and manage deliveries.
  • Contribute to financial processes and office security initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks for office equipment and facilities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding workplace policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols in the workplace.

Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with additional certifications or coursework in office management or related fields.
  • Confidence in technology and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrated through clear written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to team collaboration and the capacity to take initiative in resolving workplace issues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, with preference given to candidates who have experience in facilities management, administrative support, or customer service roles.
