About the role:
Reporting to the Head of IT – CRM and Web, the CRM Developer will assist in managing, upgrading and enhancing our Salesforce and Web-based platforms. Due to an on-going digital transformation, there is a need for a CRM Developer to build on the new Community Cloud solution and accompanying website. The ideal candidate will be an organized team player that is eager to grow their experience and can work in a fast-paced and highly agile environment. The candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines. Experience with the following are highly desirable. Salesforce and or Microsoft Dynamics experience. Working knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce, experience with Lightning Web Development / Lightning Web Components, and experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
As a CRM Developer you will work on the design, development, and enhancement of the API Integration platform.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom Salesforce functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Flow
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs (REST, SOAP)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements
  • Perform unit testing and ensure integration quality
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations

Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with APEX and Visualforce.
  • Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
  • Salesforce certification is highly desirable and will be favoured (Preferably Platform Developer I).
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Salesforce development environments.
