About Us:
Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 170 stores nationally and has no intentions of slowing down. We have now also expanded into New Zealand.
Connor is a fast-paced business that is continuously adapting to keep up with the Australian and New Zealand retail market.

About You:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years management role experience?
- Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team?
- Proven experience in training and coaching team members?
- A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's while driving budgets and targets?
- Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management?
- Experience in managing a team of more then 5
- Sound Customer service skills with proven track record in sales
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
- Have a passion for customer service, fashion and retail sales
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings
- Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
