Role And Responsibilities

As a graduate, you will undergo structured support and mentorship from seasoned professionals, gaining exposure to industry dynamics and receiving formal post-graduate education. This comprehensive approach will equip you with unparalleled knowledge and expertise, distinguishing you within your field. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support for various projects, both large and small, encompassing complex and technically advanced aspects.
  • Preparing tender documentation, offering technical advice across multiple divisions including estimating, drafting, accounting, contract administration and project delivery.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing to overall business efficiency.

About You

You are a recent graduate ideally completing or having completed a double degree in Electrical Engineering and Commerce/Business/Law/Finance. However, exceptional single-degree electrical engineering graduates will also be considered. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Effective listening and communication skills, coupled with strong organisational abilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  • Adeptness at working in teams and demonstrating a "can-do" mindset.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a current driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia is a must.
  • An interest in resilience, cost control, contract management, business continuity, and finance are highly desirable.
