Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias, will be responsible for:

  • Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
  • keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Prioritise workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Bias role you must have:

  • City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Essentially can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
  • Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
  • Available to join a call out rota.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
