Assistant Store Manager | Bundaberg, QLD

THE ROLE

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Driving sales and customer experience
  • Coaching and mentoring Team Members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
  • Execution of visual merchandising directive

  • A passion for retail, customer service and fashion
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Determined to achieve sales targets and understand KPI expectations
  • Can identify opportunities in order to maximise sales
