Opportunity Overview: This pivotal role sits at the heart of the Finance Change team, driving the adaptation of systems and processes to align with evolving regulatory landscapes.

You will be entrusted with delivering key reporting to UK & French regulators, overseeing the translation of new requirements into robust reporting frameworks. Your contributions will shape the strategic transformations of our business, leveraging global platforms to calculate and report risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead projects affecting Regulatory Reporting, ensuring compliance and innovation in our processes and systems.
• Navigate complex product implementations, and group regulatory reporting with an advanced, strategic approach.
• Craft dashboards to monitor project statuses, evaluate risks, and manage budgets.
• Harmonize processes and architecture to streamline and simplify operations.
• Collaborate with IT to update systems and execute thorough UAT coordination.
• Proactively address and escalate concerns to maintain project integrity.

Your Professional Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in project environments, preferably within Banking/Finance.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SAS, Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel).
• Solid grounding in project management principles and data modeling.
• Familiarity with banking activities, especially Regulatory Reporting and Credit Risk.
• Proven exposure to large-scale change and automation projects.
• Fluency in English; French would be a significant plus.
