Please note: This role is a fixed-term contract of 12 months.
The Opportunity
As the HR Coordinator, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities across multiple facets of the organisation:
- Drive culture development initiatives and manage key HR and business metrics.
- Serve as a systems expert for HRIS (Employee Connect) and SuccessFactors.
- Providing support across various functions as required, including projects and initiatives.
- Support new hires through the onboarding journey.
- Assist with L&D training requirements for employees.
- Manage documentation and contracts for new employees and employee changes.
- Assist in presentation preparation and PowerPoint design.
- Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Coordinator/HR Administrator.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS)
- University degree, potentially in HR or a related field.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Proactive and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites including Excel.
