Als UX Designer (w/m/d) unterstützt du unser Team bei der Produktentwicklung unseres LMS und dem Entstehen neuer Lernanwendungen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst kreative, innovative und nutzerzentrierte Design- und Interaktionskonzepte für unsere Learning Solutions auf der Basis des Lean UX Prozesses
  • Interaktion mit Kunden, Nutzern und Stakeholdern, um relevantes Feedback und Erkenntnisse zu designbezogenen Themen zu sammeln
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Stakeholdern und anderen Teams, um neue Produktfunktionen zu entwerfen, zu prüfen, zu entwickeln und zu optimieren
  • Erarbeitung von Designlösungen im Einklang mit dem Businesskontext und den Zielen der Nutzer
  • Lösung von Designproblemen auf einfache und intuitive Weise, um eine bessere UX zu schaffen
  • Erarbeitung von Screendesigns als High-Fidelity-Mockups und UI-Component-Blueprints, Betreuung von deren Umsetzung in unserer weltweit eingesetzten Designbibliothek und Qualitätssicherung der Ergebnisse
  • Flexible Unterstützung oder Übernahme aller Aufgaben als Designer in einem unserer agilen SCRUM-Entwicklungsteams
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich UI/UX Design mit Schwerpunkt auf den oben genannten Aufgaben (Idealerweise im Bereich der agilen Softwareentwicklung
  • Ausbildung in den Bereichen Design, Informatik oder einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und auch Englisch hast Du auch im Gepäck
  • Die Fähigkeit, den gesamten Lean-UX-Prozess in einem dynamischen und zeitgemäßen Designstil durchzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Validierung Deiner Designideen von Low bis High Fidelity
  • Effizienter Umgang mit Figma, Sketch oder anderen Tools für visuelle Gestaltung und Wireframing
  • Gutes Verständnis von Designtrends und bewährten Verfahren
  • Intrinsische Motivation für UI/UX-Design, Eigeninitiative und Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte und nutzerorientierter Erfahrungen
  • Du lernst schnell und agiles Arbeiten ist kein Fremdwort für dich
  • Ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik und Liebe zum Detail sowie die Fähigkeit dies mit Usability und Unternehmenszielen in Einklang zu bringen
  • Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS sind von Vorteil
