ZOOM ON SIXENSE OCEANIA:

Whilst we have a large presence on the international stage, SIXENSE has only been in the Australian and NZ market for a few years and is an SME currently experiencing high levels of growth. More information on - The successful candidates will learn about cutting-edge monitoring techniques and gain experience on major infrastructure projects in Sydney and NSW. The position will involve both field and office work, and with support from the project team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring a network of geotechnical monitoring sensors.

YOUR MISSIONS WITH US:
  1. Carry out site installations, maintenance, and decommissioning of various types of structural and geotechnical monitoring equipment.
  2. Configure and maintain remote monitoring sensors and networks.
  3. Undertake manual monitoring readings; record and report results.

  1. Engineering bachelor's degree or higher
  2. Hands-on experience with Geotechnical monitoring instruments
  3. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  4. Willingness to learn new technologies
  5. Problem-solving mindset
  6. Always adopt a safe attitude and respect safety procedures
  7. Experience working on & around construction sites is preferred but not mandatory
  8. Comfortable working both at the job site and office
  9. Can work independently, unsupervised, and show initiative
  10. Good written English and communication skills
  11. Proven ability to stick at problems and successfully troubleshoot
  12. Australian driver’s license
  13. Eligible to work unrestricted in Australia
