The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Internal Communications leader to join our team and deliver outstanding support and outcomes for our Customer & Transformation (C&TO) and Technology teams. This role is crucial for mobilising and inspiring our people about Bupa’s ambition to be the most customer-centric healthcare company.
Leading a team of three talented people, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies and plans, building strong cross-functional relationships, and ensuring alignment with Asia Pacific and Group strategic priorities. A creative and strategic practitioner, you'll be responsible for creating content, executing through existing and new channels, and delivering high quality events.
How will I help?
- Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies and plans in support of business objectives and ensuring linkages to Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group strategic priorities
- Provide trusted counsel to the Chief Customer & Transformation Officer-Asia Pacific and other senior internal stakeholders
- Represent APAC Corporate Affairs & Sustainability on the C&TO leadership team
- Manage the creation of, and embed, internal communication channels for C&TO
- Develop and embed an integrated and best practice approach to employee communications across the relevant business units
- Ensure development and delivery of internal stakeholder engagement strategies to identify and effectively manage stakeholders affected by initiatives led by assigned business units
- Manage and/or oversee execution of the communications plans for group campaigns linked to the Customer & Transformation pillars of our business strategy.
