COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
The chosen candidate will navigate a robust portfolio of high-profile disputes, providing counsel on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing:
  • Recovery actions under the Corporations Act
  • Joint venture claims
  • Trust disputes
  • Partnership and Shareholder disputes
  • Directors duties
  • Breach of fiduciary duty
  • Undue influence claims
  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Defamation proceedings
  • Financial Institution disputes
  • Industrial law
  • Consumer Law
  • Taxation Disputes
  • Disciplinary/Regulatory
  • Arbitrations & Mediation
  • Intellectual property
  • Property and leasing disputes

5+ PAE SENIOR ASSOCIATE
  • To be successful you will require at least 5 Years PAE in Commercial Litigation.
  • You will be a Senior Associate or Associate ready to step up with experience in managing some of your own files.
  • The firm prefers candidates who are experienced specialists, hailing from top or mid-tier legal backgrounds, and are driven to excel in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong academics are also beneficial.
