A client of ours in the fintech space is currently seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead to join their dynamic team and contribute to their innovative solutions. You will be at the forefront of their technology team, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions. You will manage a team of 4-5, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and infrastructure projects. Your expertise in .NET, C#, and AWS, coupled with your project management and infrastructure experience, will be pivotal in achieving their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions using .NET and C#.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and finance.
  • Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving their technology stack and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET and C# development.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
