We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Engineer to join our team at Regency Park which will see you responsible for maximising the efficiency, productivity, quality and safety of packaging equipment and systems.

About the Role

  • Coordinate activities to optimize efficiency, productivity, quality and safety of packaging equipment.
  • Lead Site Packaging, providing direction and vision.
  • Offer technical training and support to Operators, Team Members, and Managers.
  • Manage capital investments for equipment in line with cost and safety objectives.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external packaging specialists.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Packaging metrics and training.
  • Work closely with Managers and Engineers on new packaging projects.
  • Provide guidance on Packaging IPS at the site level.
  • Evaluate maintenance programs and collaborate for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze packaging performance to enhance safety and quality.
  • Engage with OEM (Full Form) suppliers to resolve packaging issues.
  • Prioritise health, safety, and welfare of personnel.


About You

  • 3-5 years experience in a relevant technical role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Exposure to high-speed packaging equipment or similar production technology.
  • Familiarity with TSSC packaging equipment, systems, suppliers, and modern process control techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, cooperation, and support among team members.
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple work activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
