About the role:

As the Inventory coordinator, you will manage all complete goods ordering activities including placing whole goods orders, communicating equipment availability, and assisting with inventory management duties.

• Order stock from John Deere and other suppliers

• Updating and recording information for stock units

• Ensures that equipment information in the dealer business system and John Deere system is accurate, consistent and updated in a timely manner.

• Oversee the internal and external stocktake process and assists with training as required

• Communicate with sales teams on inventory queries and orders.

• Respond to inventory queries from the Sales teams.

• Working with branch locations to organise stock internal transfers of equipment where required.

• Liaise with external transport and shipping agents for importing and delivery of equipment.

• Promotes a respectful, safe and accountable workplace consistent with the organization’s values, policies and culture.

• Other duties as assigned

About you:

• 2+ years of administration experience

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred.

• Basic understanding of purchasing processes

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Medium Excel Skills essential

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Experience with inventory management systems
