Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support overall finance requirements including closing, reporting, treasury, and finance projects.
- Manage internal financial closing and reporting including monthly actual IFS system closing, monthly actual reporting in Cognos and providing info for OPR reporting, and quarterly forecasting and budgeting.
- Handle audit and tax requirements for local external statutory and corporate internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and processes.
- Conduct Internal Control Declaration (ICD) assessments and reporting.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, ensuring compliance and communicating changes to the Finance Director.
- Perform yearly internal transfer pricing reviews and prepare TP documentation.
- Administer customer credit control through analysis, credit limit proposals, and maintaining customer credit files.
- Support SEAPT Finance team and Regional FP&A team with compliance and reporting standards.
- Lead IFS (ERP) testing, implementation, and deployment with SEAPT and IFS LEAP teams.
- Deliver effective cash management through analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ensure timely and high-quality finance deliverables.
- Manage key cost-saving initiatives and drive performance management.
- Monitor business performance measurements and establish tracking systems.
- Partner with non-financial managers and employees as needed.
