Senior Vice President Manufacturing

Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Global Strategic Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leader to elevate our clients manufacturing and distribution capabilities to a "world-class standard." Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development of our commercialisation capabilities. Your mission is to develop a robust global operation that supports our ambitious growth trajectory while ensuring the highest standards of quality in medical device production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team in the Philippines to deliver best-in-class global manufacturing.
- Identify and capitalise on cost-saving opportunities, recruit top talent, and oversee new build commissions and site selections.
- Drive the development of a greenfield operation and spearhead the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to optimise capacity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership acumen with a track record of building world-class teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements for medical devices, preferably ISO 13485, FDA, and TGA.
- Background in regulated FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Passion for patient care is fundamental.
- Significant international travel to the Philippines, particularly in the first year, is required.
