The Role:
- We are seeking full time Physiotherapists to join us in the Bankstown and Chester Hill areas.
- Assess patients with musculoskeletal conditions varying from work related, motor vehicle accidents, NDIS, sports and general private consultations.
- Provide appropriate treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy modalities (shockwave), exercise prescription, fracture management and patient education.
- Varied settings including at local centres, homes, local gyms, pools and workplaces.

For First Year Graduates (FYG):
A well-supported 3-month graduate induction program tailored to develop you into a knowledgeable, practical and confident clinician. This is achieved with:
- Weekly one-on-one meetings with a Senior Physiotherapist.
- Face to face in house in-services/workshops.
- Case studies and case management support from Physiotherapy team.
- Access to our very own digital clinical library.
- First few weeks will be shadowing an experienced Physiotherapist before transitioning to your own caseload.
About You:
- Organised team player who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
- Full AHPRA accreditation.
- Eligibility for registration with Medicare and SIRA.
- Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.
- Current drivers licence and own vehicle.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
