My client is a multi award-winning global leader in web tech who are expanding their Sydney team. With over six million customers across the globe and extensive product offerings, they're now seeking a collaborative and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect and build test frameworks for real-time, large-scale applications.
• Develop and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Drive automation for micro-services and micro-frontends.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality software products.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks using modern technologies.
• Integrate projects with CI/CD servers like Bamboo or Jenkins.
• Monitor builds and manage product deployments.
• Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
• Research and evaluate new testing tools and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide other SDETs on the team.

Key Technical Experience Required (4 years +):

• Programming: Java, Python and/or JavaScript experience
• Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, JMeter or similar
• Automation Frameworks: Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest
• CI/CD and additional tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira
• Testing: Test-Driven Development and/or API Testing
