About the role

As a Pricing Manager in Home Loans, you will be responsible for supporting strategic pricing decisions for the Home Loan Portfolio, balancing bank and customer outcomes.

Your day to day activities involve:

  • Analysis and recommendations on Home Loan pricing strategy to meet business objectives
  • Uplift and automation of ongoing reporting to inform home loan pricing performance and profitability
  • Presenting results of analysis to stakeholders and working with them to refine approaches and outcomes
  • Monitoring market/industry dyamics – both competitors and regulatory
  • Working closely with support functions – Pricing Desk & Pricing Analytics – to inform and deliver the pricing strategy

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you should either have these skills already or be passionate about developing them:

Strong data skills with application in a commercial or strategic setting

Demonstrated talent for data visualisation ideally with experience in Tableau or Qliksense

Understanding of Pricing principles applicable to banking:

Margin/Volume management

Internal transfer pricing

Customer value, risk, and behaviour

Taking ownership of the detail and ensuring accuracy of work

A problem solver – You are energised by tackling complex problems and use critical thinking, your network, skills, knowledge, and available data to drive better outcomes for our customers and the bank
