Program & Public Relations Coordinator

You will join our incredible Program Department comprising our campaigners, creative confrontations and communications teams.
We’re looking for a hyper-organised, dynamic and enthusiastic coordinator to join this team who will be our go-to support person. In this role you will be responsible for everything from diary management, finance and budget management, to event and volunteer management, logistical support and improving and streamlining processes and systems.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou are someone who’s extremely organised and loves working in a fast paced environment, you can work autonomously and as part of a team across multiple projects at the same time.
You’ll also have:
- Strong budget/financial administration capabilities and experience;
- High level administration and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in research, analysis and reporting for a range of different purposes;
- Excellent capabilities in using tech tools to improve the team's efficiency are a huge plus
- A role with one of the most well-known brands in the environmental NGO space, and the strength of the 50 years of Greenpeace behind you;
- A great work-life balance including 35 hour work week, integrity framework and generous leave conditions (including an additional week of paid leave between Christmas and New Years);

Salary: $77,000 per annum + super
