As we continue to grow, we’re looking for both Project Engineers and Project Managers who are eager to progress their career with a leading Civil Contracting company. Shadforth offers long-term career opportunities and is dedicated to the growth and professional development of its employees. You will work on a diverse scope of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, and civil infrastructure including roads and bridges.

You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.

key responsibilities will be:

• Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
• Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
• Cost management and reporting
• Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
• Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
• Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
• Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements

About you

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience leading a team
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to establish strong working relationships
