BMS Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead BMS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery.
- Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required equipment and materials.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements and client expectations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the project.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS or building automation industry.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting controls, energy management, and security systems.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification (preferred).
