Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage our supply chains with a focus on best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Provide hands-on support to internal teams, as well as local, interstate, and international suppliers across various industries.
• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of our existing quality control processes.
• Ensure the timely delivery of complete structural steel fabrication solutions to meet client demands.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring the timely production of high-quality structural steel products in accordance with demand and company standards.
• Develop and monitor production schedules, optimizing workflow and resource utilization to consistently meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Possess trade or tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrate experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing, steel fabrication, adhesives, assembly fixtures and processes, planning and logistics, quality control, plumbing, electrical, and compliance.
• Exhibit the ability to monitor, influence, and maintain communications with offshore manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and explaining engineering drawings.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, MRP, ERP systems.
