Develop relationships with existing and prospect clients. Through the combination of talent acquisition and business development, continue the growth of an established desk.Our culture is collaborative, supportive and growth minded. We have an uncapped commission structure and periodically review base salaries based on performance. We love to socialise; our inclusion in prestigious business networks provides plenty of opportunities, alongside our own networks and socials.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Screening and interviewing candidatesBuilding a strong network in your industry sector by attending events, utilising LinkedIn and Social MediaLiaising with clients throughout the entire recruitment processBuilding strong client and candidate relationshipsBuilding the BROOK brand and developing your own personal brandConducting Talent SearchesNegotiating offers with candidates and clientsAttending and running client meetingsGeneral administrationSkills and Experience:1 or more years Recruitment experience, either internal or agencyA proven ability to build candidate and client relationships with a consultative approachEnergy and passion to succeedBusiness development experienceStrong organisational skills and high attention to detailHigh level understanding of proactive recruitment practices, including use of LinkedInHow to applyClick APPLY or email your resume to vanessa@brookrecruitment.com.au
