About The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in servicing and recruiting for our existing clients in the vibrant Tamworth area. This position is a result of our continuous growth, and you will be supported by a team of dedicated professionals based in the same office.

While experience is highly desirable, we are also open to training the right person who possesses a positive can-do attitude and a passion for the recruitment industry. Transferable skills will be considered for this hands-on and rewarding role, offering stability and professional development.

We Are Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualities

  • Background and knowledge of primary industry recruitment and/or similar experience.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and interpret Animal Welfare, Quarantine, and GMP policies and practices.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to be trained and proficiently use our rostering and recruitment systems.
  • Desirable: Experience in WHS site evaluations and Tool Box facilitation (training provided).
