Position Overview:
Vinova is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal 360 Recruiter to join our growing team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment across the Energy and Renewables sector and a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent in the industry.
As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent in the technology and data sectors through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and company cultures.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to their specific requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technology recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable or energy sector recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across the development or delivery phase in energy projects
- Strong understanding of the industry, and knowledge across the talent market in Power Systems & Connection, Site Identification, Project Development, Engineering and Project Delivery.
- Excellent business development skills and background in building and growing markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
- Australian work rights and willingness to work in Sydney.
