  • Their typical build locations are in the North Shore, Hills District and Eastern Suburbs and Central Coast (Mosman, Willoughby, Wahroonga, Castle Hill, West Pennant Hills, Bellevue Hill, Maroubra, Avoca Beach, Catherine Hill Bay etc).
About The Project Manager job role
  • $9m architectural build in the Central Coast area.
  • Company office is based in Sydney's North Shore area and will require 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days on site.
  • Project programming.
  • Client, design team, consultant, subcontractor and other stakeholder liaison.
  • Procurement.
  • Financial management.
  • Quality control.
  • Scope of Works.
  • Project administration.
  • Site WH&S.
  • Salary from $150,000 to $200,000 plus super.
Skills & Experience for Project Manager vacancy
  • Relevant building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc).
  • Demonstrated experience of working on high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Good client facing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations.
  • Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
