Your new role
- Manage a team of site personnel (Site Manager, Foremen, labourers etc.)
- Active presence in client meetings - tenders/projects
- Work with Pre-Con team to review subcontractor quotes, ensuring coverage of requirements
- Training of younger team members, upskilling and feedback of progress
- OH&S responsibilities on site
- Design/Delivery reviews with the assistance of the PM & Design team
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience on similar projects
- Trade qualified
- Current Senior First Aid/White Card
- Experienced with Procore, SignOnSite, Hammertech, Office 365
- WHSEQ training/ solid understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong people management, programming, and project tracking skills
