Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager at Real Estate Academy Australia. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, managing the team, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments. This role is located in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Real Estate license or certification is a plus
