Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Marketing Science and Operations, you will play a critical role in our ecosystem, interfacing directly with enterprise-level clients to understand their marketing challenges and needs. Your insights will directly influence the strategic direction and operational capabilities of Prophet, ensuring that our solutions are finely tuned to market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Insight and Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to onboard and engage clients, translating complex data and modelling outcomes into strategic insights that resonate with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Operational Leadership: Manage a team of marketing scientists and analysts, fostering an environment of learning and innovation.
  • Strategic Influence: Act as a bridge between customer feedback and internal teams, guiding the evolution of our predictive models and overall product suite.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the transformative impact of statistical and mathematical principles on marketing strategies to a diverse audience, including C-suite executives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in Market Mix Modelling (MMM), statistical analytics, and other advanced modelling techniques.
  • Experience in roles within major tech or publishing firms, where you've applied mathematics and statistics to solve complex marketing problems.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 7 years in marketing science or a related field, with a preference for dynamic leadership over extensive senior leadership tenure.
