An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic self-motivated Speech Pathologist to join the Department's Student Support Services (SSS) workforce to provide comprehensive speech pathology services to schools and students in the Hume Merri-Bek Area. In this role, you will provide professional advice to schools that strongly influence student learning outcomes and wellbeing policies within a school community, and the wider Area. This 0.8 EFT, AH3, Speech Pathologist position is fixed term until 13/03/2025 in Merri-bek.

The Department of Education is looking for a skilled and driven Speech Pathologist to contribute to the important work of our Student Support Services (SSS) teams in supporting schools to address the barriers that impact on student(s) access, preparation, and progress to achieving their educational goals and development potential.

Required: A graduate or post-graduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), possess a current Australian Drivers' Licence and a Working with Children Check.
