FULL TIME SUPERVISOR POSITION – FORCE1 CONSTRUCTION
Force1 Construction is searching for a supervisor to join their high-performing Construction Company.
As a supervisor, you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium-range construction programs as you coordinate sub-contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt and resolve constructionissues on site and to maintain progress in line with the construction program.
With a trade or building background, you will be an experienced Supervisor with a record of deliveringlarge scale projects with a reputable construction company - having managed major components of theprojects previously.
You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborativenature, imperative to delivering live environment projects safely, to high-quality standards, and within project budgets.

Duties include:
• Control all site activities reporting efficiencies, abnormalities, incidents, and occurrences.
• Ensure compliance of WHS and residential building industry requirements and legislation.
• Ensure agreed timeframes, budgets and standards are met.
• Ensure dwellings are built within the agreed timeframes, budgets, and standards (including quality and safety).
Prerequisites include:
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think ahead with a high level of productivity
• Ability to read and interpret plans looked upon favourably
• Ability to work and blend in with a great team
• Fully Vaccinated
1 month trial period is provided with full-time employment offered to the right candidate.
