About the role:

BMD is in a significant growth phase in Victoria with a strong pipeline of projects in hand. We are looking for a Senior Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure projects ($5 million – $50 million range). With access to best-in-industry systems and software tools, you will collaborate with pre-contract teams and deliver exceptional winning civil infrastructure and urban development bids across Australia.

This role will be based in our Melbourne, Hawthorn Office, estimating projects in:

1. Road infrastructure for local councils
2. Water/Sewer upgrades

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. 7+ years’ experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
2. A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
3. First principle estimating experience
4. Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
5. Exposure to Expert Estimation is desirable
