Waste Plant Operator - Side Loader

Attractive working hours (5:00 AM - 1:06 PM)
Weekend work and Overtime available
Continuous in-house and professional training provided

Responsibilities of the role include:
  1. Operation of Side Loader Waste Truck
  2. Delivering, emptying and collection of waste and recycling at Citywide Client site
  3. Carry out all daily vehicle checks
  4. Wash vehicle on a daily basis
  5. Manually cleaning any spillages
  6. Carry out runs as per assigned run sheets
  7. Fill out paperwork such as run header sheets, run sheets and tip dockets on a daily basis
  8. Manage and tip loads at designated Landfills/Transfer Station
Skills/Qualifications/Personal Attributes required:
  1. Current Victorian Heavy Rigid truck licence
  2. Customer Service Experience
  3. Pro-Active Problem Solving Skills
  4. Time Management
  5. Committed and Flexible
  6. Knowledge of OH&S
