KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Labourers / Lab technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of concrete used in construction projects. Their responsibilities typically include:

·Sample Collection: Collecting samples of concrete from various batches to test for quality and consistency.
·Testing: Conducting a variety of tests on concrete samples to assess properties such as strength, durability, workability, and setting time.
·Analysis: Analyzing test results to determine if concrete meets specified standards and requirements.
·Quality Control: Monitoring concrete production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
·Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of test results, procedures, and any deviations from standards.
·Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to concrete quality or performance, and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
·General labouring and housekeeping duties
·Safety: Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

*Must be able to work long hours
*Must be physically fit
*Full training for the right candidate
*Maintain a safe and clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Drivers licence & reliable transport
Min 2 years exp within Heavy industry(preferable)
