You will be the driving force behind competitive bids, playing a pivotal role in securing projects that will have a direct impact on the future of energy in Australia. In collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders you will deliver innovative tender submissions to impress your clients.

The role can be undertaken in a hybrid work capacity, based out of either their Sydney CBD or Newcastle offices.

Your Responsibilities
•Prepare high-quality competitive bids and accurate estimates for a variety of projects.
•Evaluate subcontractor submissions and identify optimisation opportunities.
•Maintain precise document control and manage bid schedules.
•Foster innovation and implement improvements to enhance our service delivery.
•Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure client needs are met throughout the bidding process.

Your Experience
•Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or relevant trade qualification (ideally electrical)
•3+ years' experience in electrical estimation, with a focus on renewables and infrastructure.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
