LME Care, a Registered NDIS Support Provider in Brisbane, is expanding to the Gold Coast and is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. With over 25 years of combined experience in the disability sector in Australia, LME Care is committed to delivering high-quality services with purpose, courage, and integrity.

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS framework and person-centered approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards clients
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs and preferences of clients
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs is highly desirable
