At RFF, we are on an exciting growth trajectory and are seeking an experienced Office Manager passionate about driving business expansion and operational excellence. In this "hands-on" management role, you will collaborate closely with directors and upper management, offering a unique opportunity to directly influence our development and success. This position places you at the core of our administrative operations, ensuring they scale effectively with our growth and align closely with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team and Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations in Perth, ensuring optimal team performance and efficient administrative workflows.
    • Manage and support the team, ensuring effective training, workflow management, and adherence to policies.
  • Staff Training & Support:
    • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees to deepen their understanding of our operational procedures and software tools.
    • Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to staff, enhancing team capabilities and satisfaction.
  • Travel and Logistics Management:
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of staff travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries to ensure seamless business trips.
  • Business Process Improvement:
    • Assist in evaluating and enhancing office procedures and administrative support to better meet business needs and client expectations.
    • Collaborate with upper management to drive business improvement initiatives and optimise operational efficiency.
  • HR and Administrative Oversight:
    • Support Directors and Upper Management in HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
    • Provide executive support to the Perth Office team, including document preparation, calendar management, and monthly reporting.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Identify strategies to optimise administrative processes and lead projects to enhance overall business efficiency.
    • Work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, providing insights and support for company-wide projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Xero and project management software will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on proactive problem-solving.
  • Must be able to travel to the head office in Karratha to work with upper management as required.
