This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Customer Success Team.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee energy efficiency and renewable energy projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical industry, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects of varying scope and complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to deadlines and within budget
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution
- Coordinate with clients, employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Electrical or Plumbing trade background, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software including the MS suite of applications
