Position: Client Support Manager
Hours: 4-5 hours/day, 5 days/week (hours flexible)
Location: 222 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford
About the Role:
As a Client Support Manager, you'll be the bridge between our brokers and clients, ensuring a seamless document collection process for pre-approvals and settlements. With strong administrative skills and a background in phone-based roles, you'll thrive in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary documents.
- Maintain organised records in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in phone-based roles preferred.
