Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Whether it's in our vibrant restaurant, sleek bar, or during events and functions, you will contribute to creating memorable moments that define our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take orders and provide recommendations with thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage service areas.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
