As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering impeccable service, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting with guest needs, and handling payments with precision. Your diplomatic approach will shine as you address guest inquiries and concerns.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere
• Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests
• Supervising a team of bellman and managing their performance
• Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence
• Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories

What are we looking for?

• Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
• Previous experience in a 5-star establishment advantageous
• Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
• The ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)
• Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
