Job Description

Could you be our next Supply Chain Integration Consultant and Digital Champion? The Supply Chain Integration Consultant and Digital Champion’s main role is to lead transformation projects to digitalize the McDonald’s Supply Chain for Suppliers, Restaurants, and our Distribution partner. This will include the integration of processes and training for local and global digital systems and tools.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
  1. Engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the Supply Chain, including other McDonald’s departments and suppliers
  2. Leading and further embedding knowledge and education across stakeholders groups for how to best use local and global digital tools
  3. Testing and ongoing monitoring and critical analysis of processes and data, to increase and improve usability of our digital systems
  4. Working with and keeping in regular communication with the Global teams, based in USA and Europe, to track and monitor performance and liaise on system requirements
  5. Being the ‘GO TO’ for all things digital across the McDonald’s Supply Chain
  6. Working with internal Technology teams to ensure best integration and troubleshooting of Supply Chain systems
  7. Supporting McDonald’s Restaurants, providing simplification and accuracy of data and follow up, as required
  8. Working closely to manage and influence projects and integration steps with our Distribution partner, Martin Brower
  9. Leading troubleshooting of digital systems with local and global teams, to support best outcomes for suppliers and restaurants
Qualifications

Essential technical and behavioral skills

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to review and implement process improvements to improve accuracy, accountability and drive efficiencies

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence decision making

Curious and analytical mindset, not afraid to ask questions

Pro-active approach to tasks and outcomes focused

Desirable skills

Previous experience in data management role

Demonstration of strong relationship building and management

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Tertiary studies in technology or data

Previous understanding and use of McDonald’s Back office systems is desired but not essential.
